In 2016 I (The Junk Talk Poet) published a chapbook of poetry entitled ‘Navigating Nightmare Ecstasy’ and produced this under a label of my own making “Junk Talk Books.” This is available via AMAZON but you won’t find it in any bookshop. If all writers were egotistical maniacs and printed hundreds of copies of their work based on the risk of attracting a buyer we might as well set fire to the world and all sit round singing Kum Ba Yah

as we watch the flames.

 

This small but opinionated piece of writing became the birth of The Junk Talk Poet and Junk Talk Books

 

‘Navigating Nightmare Ecstasy’ attracted more interest than I expected and received some incredible reviews via Goodreads and to this day the interest continues to grow. If you follow me on Twitter @JunkTalkPoet in exchange for your thoughts, I’ll give you an electronic copy for absolutely nothing.

 

I decided then that I would record some performance pieces towards the end of 2016 and entitled a 12 track poetry collection ‘Foot in Mouth’ which is available on YouTube for your listening pleasures.

 

Soon to be released is my new large collection of poems dubbed ‘At Home in the Slaughterhouse’

 

This is the home of my many literary and visual inventions.
